Keith Laugesen Scholarships at UC

The Keith Laugesen Scholarship Trust (Reg CC45157) supports scholarships at the University of Canterbury through donations made to the University of Canterbury Trust and the University of Canterbury Foundation. These scholarships are available for University of Canterbury students.

Keith Laugesen Music Scholarship

The scholarship is available to graduates to support further advanced study beyond New Zealand in music performance, composition, musicology or related subjects. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or holders of NZ resident class visas, associated with UC who intend to study at a postgraduate or more advanced level. Closing date: 1 November.

Value up to NZ$10,000 per year

Keith Laugesen Engineering Scholarship

The scholarship supports Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) students in the College of Engineering and the College of Science at the University of Canterbury.

The scholarship provides financial assistance at a value of $24,500 per 120 points of enrolment. It is awarded approximately every three years.
